A liquid oxygen-compatible epoxy resin of fluorinated glycidyl amine (TFEPA) with a low viscosity 260 mPa·s in wide range temperatures, from room temperature to 150 °C, was synthesized and used decrease the phosphorus-containing bisphenol F resins. And forming process application performances this system its composite were investigated. The decreased 4925 749 at 45 °C by mixing 10 wt.% TFEPA, which enough for filament winding process. Moreover, processing time windows increased 73% 186%, respectively. After crosslinking, oxygen compatibility preserved, tensile strength, elastic modulus, breaking elongation −196 133.31 MPa, 6.59 GPa, 2.36%, respectively, similar those without TFEPA. flexural strength modulus 276.14 MPa 7.29 increasing 21.73% strain energy breaking, indicating an enhanced toughness derived Based on system, 862.73 6.88 MJ/m3, 4.46% 10.79%,

Poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) is a semicrystalline engineering plastic with excellent characteristics. However, its modulus and dimensional stability decrease significantly above the glass transition temperature (Tg). In this paper, cross-linkable PAEK (DBPEEKs) carbon–carbon double bonds was synthesized, majority of synthesis methods were determined by using curing kinetics. By introduction biphenyl bisphenol (BP) as rigid monomer unit, series crystalline (DPEDEKs) strong cross-linking crystallinity after generated. DPEDEK-25% process (DPEDEK-25%-gradient curing) still maintained 24% (Xc) at gel content (f) 96%. This coexistence crystallization broadens application range PEEK high temperatures. At 250 °C, DPEDEK-25%-gradient had tensile strength 42 MPa, which higher than that composite material 450GL30 275 °C similar to 450CA30 (VICTREX official website). remained applicable 300 wear rate 7.69 × 10–7 mm3 N–1 m–1 an average friction coefficient (COF) 0.41. Whether ambient or elevated temperatures, same solvent resistance PEEK. work provides important guidance for expanding scope
