In this study, an online preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (prep-HPLC) system based on the combination of enrichment and preparation modes for efficient systematic separation Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) was achieved. Five columns were used first second target components, eighteen trap to capture effluents from or loading trapped sample effluents, a two-position eight-port valve switch between separations. The conditions PNS simulated optimized with prep-HPLC system. Then, separated using chromatographic conditions. Notably, 14 monomer compounds >90% purity (11 >97%) simultaneously isolated above self-developed device, their chemical structures identified. Moreover, time less than 33.0 h. brief, system, which integrated preparation, is suitable has broad application prospects, especially complex components in natural products.

The cultivation and sale of medicinal plants are some the main ways to meet increased market demand for plant-based drugs. Panax notoginseng is a widely used Chinese material. growth accumulation bioactive constituents mainly depend on satisfactory growing environment. Additionally, occurrence fraud means that care should be taken when purchasing.In this study, we report correlation between saponins climate factors based high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), evaluate influence quality P. notoginseng. In addition, synchronous two-dimensional spectroscopy (2D-COS) images near infrared (NIR) data combined with deep learning model were applied traceability geographic origins at two different levels (district town levels).The results indicated contents in negatively related annual mean temperature range. A lower range favorable content saponins. precipitation humidity conducive Notoginsenoside R1 (NG-R1), Ginsenosides Rg1 (G-Rg1), Rb1 (G-Rb1), while Rd (G-Rd), not case.
