Prosocial behavior is important for personal well-being and social harmony. Based on identity-based motivation theory, this study examined how combinations of condition variables, including socioeconomic status, empathic concern, future self-continuity, interpersonal trust, lead to high prosocial intention. In study, fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used analyze the 416 questionnaires collected explore multiple causal relationships affecting intention, necessary (NCA) examine relationship between each outcome. Abstract Almost four academic years have passed since emergency remote teaching (ERT) was employed as a temporary means for continuing education. In the post‐pandemic era, residual impacts from ERT are still unfolding. Teachers reported pronounced decrease in students' performance, concentration and social skills.
