Despite
the
advances

modern
cancer
therapy,
malignant
diseases
are
still

leading
cause

morbidity
and

worldwide.
Conventional

approaches.
Recent
findings
have
identified

micropeptides,
an
additional
layer

microproteome.
These
small
peptides

class
agents
with
potential

current
treatments.
The
microproteome
is
encoded
by
regions

as
non-coding,

been
revealed

which
dramatically

understanding
