There is an urgent requirement for the incorporation of biomimetic afferent nervous sensing elements in rapidly growing field neuromorphic chips and artificial intelligent robots. It imperative to ensure reliable response element actual signals such as heat or pressure, rather than relying on conventional electrical stimuli. In this study, we present NiAl-LDHs synaptic thin-film transistor by integrating piezoelectric properties with temperature response. capable effectively producing a pressure behaviors, while also simulating finite analysis. addition, proposed device employed simulate intriguing phenomenon referred "operant conditioned response" through implementation "trial error learning" method.
