The present research assessed the psychometric properties of Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) through an examination its internal structure, invariance analysis, and standardization. The impacts of highly pathogenic enveloped viruses, such as SARS-CoV-2, have turned scientific inquiry toward the fusion mechanisms responsible for viral pathogenesis and to seek cost-effective adaptable strategies mitigate future outbreaks. Current approaches studying SARS-CoV-2 include computational studies, pan-coronavirus inhibitors, modified peptides lipopeptides, along with various nanotechniques. Although these methodologies illuminated mechanisms, they possess key limitations that prevent their widespread utility in outbreaks, including high financial or instrumental costs, operational proficiency, cytotoxicity, specificity. This work measures changes spin-spin T2 magnetic (transverse) relaxation times using a benchtop NMR instrument introduces bioanalytical approach quickly quantify interactions between spike protein liposome-coated iron oxide nanosensors (LIONs). Additionally, this study modifies LION platform by appending angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE2) receptor, thereby creating LIONs-ACE2 mimics ACE2 host cell receptor targeted SARS-CoV-2. Abstract A series of 4-carboxyphenyl/4-hydroxyphenyl meso -substituted porphyrins were synthesized, purified, and characterized. The compounds exhibited anti-HIV-1 activities, in vitro, under both non-photodynamic (non-PDT) photodynamic (PDT) conditions. Specifically, the inhibited HIV-1 virus entry, with c-PB 2 (OH) PB(OH) 3 showing significant activity.
