Abstract The quest for attaining ‘sustainable development goals (SDGs)’, especially ‘SDG‐13’, which addresses the policy towards lessening risk of climate change, is impossible without abating CO 2 emissions, are a major contributor to change globally. Thus, this study inspects decisive role played by renewable energy use, green finance, and political stability in achieving SDG‐13 emissions 14 emerging economies from 1990 2021. We have used cross‐sectional autoregressive distributed lag method moments quantile regression estimators analyse impact explanatory variables on dependent variable, considering probable endogeneity issue model. outcome signifies that consumption finance substantially reduce whereas observed positive emissions. Moreover, moderation effect found reducing carbon This thus suggests need stronger system promote financing attain SDGs addressing policy.

The adoption of renewable energy sources offers significant economic and sustainability benefits. These sources—solar, wind, hydro, biomass, geothermal—are crucial for transitioning to a sustainable, low-pollution model. Key benefits include job creation, reduced costs, decreased reliance on imported resources, minimized environmental impact, long-term stability. Renewable also plays vital role in achieving goals. By reducing dependence it enhances security. Countries investing renewables lower their international supply chains geopolitical risks, which is particularly relevant European Union nations historically dependent imports. Domestic resources help stabilize prices ensure consistent supply. This study aimed assess the impact economy sustainable development Union. Data all variables were collected from Eurostat database. unbalanced panel data sample consisted 27 EU countries (N = 27), covering period 2001–2022 (T 22). analysis generalization scientific literature compared theoretical practical statements, econometric models, least squares method. Here, hypothesis that “the transition will have smaller negative growth when country more sources” was accepted, this means using not only contributes goals climate change mitigation but provides various benefits, including prices, greater security, sustainability. It essential cleaner economy.

Abstract This study aims at assessing the impacts of green growth, in form adopting sustainable energy technologies and financing projects, on environmental conditions India. Thus, this is important from point view India's efforts formulating strategies linked with achieving development targets enlisted under United Nations SDG‐13 declaration. In regard, it assumed that targeted establishing growth India can fail presence greenwashing. To test hypothesis, a newly introduced econometric technique, namely Augmented‐ARDL techniques estimation used. Accordingly, results obtained firstly suggest existence long‐run cointegrated relationship exists between variables choice. Secondly, very much striking to find out there an inverse use sustainability across Hence, particular finding points possibility stimulating geenwashing context technology adoption order improve state environment Lastly, projects seen promote which, turn, affirms absence greenwashing initiatives.
