In the context of digital economy, enterprises face dual challenges in optimizing their capital structure and achieving sustainable development. To address market risks caused by information asymmetry to ensure flexibility adaptability structure, firms must strike a balance between short-term financial demands long-term strategic objectives. Based on data from Chinese A-share listed companies 2010 2022, this study employs fixed-effects model mediation analysis systematically examine impact transformation dynamic adjustment structure. The findings reveal that significantly accelerates speed adjustment, with interaction coefficient index lagged term estimated at -0.0197 (p < 0.01). Among various technologies, big exhibits most pronounced effect increasing speed, an -0.0250 is asymmetric: highly leveraged adjust structures faster rate than low-leverage firms, coefficients -0.0257 0.01) -0.0196 0.05), respectively. Additionally, stability serve as critical mediators relationship effectively reducing financing costs enhancing efficiency markets. Furthermore, highlights benefits are particularly non-state-owned enterprises, high constraints, labor-intensive industries. This research advances theoretical framework expands scope studies, provides actionable insights for corporate managers policymakers allocation strategies.

Innovation is a necessary guarantee for sustainable development. Stepping into the digital age, transformation has triggered innovation revolution. This paper takes 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022 as research sample, we verify whether improved performance. Based on Solow growth model and agglomeration economics theory, also explore moderating role threshold effect of productive service industry between To achieve this, apply methods machine learning text analysis construct an evaluation index regional measure it. Abstract In the wave of digital economy, supply chain digitalization is a visual manifestation businesses integrating technology into their production and operations. It helps companies enhance operational efficiency competitiveness, gradually becoming key driver for corporate sustainable development. This study selects Chinese A‐share listed from 2012 to 2021 as research samples empirically tests impact on environment (E), social responsibility (S), governance (G) (ESG) performance. We find that significantly promotes ESG performance, which achieved by reducing information asymmetry easing financing constraints. The positive effect performance varies among different enterprises, with more prominent effects in mature those at both ends industrial chain, located regions lower degree marketization. Further analysis reveals brings about an innovation enterprises. These findings enrich providing valuable insights promoting supply‐side structural reforms

Today, firms are increasingly turning to existing emerging digital technologies help ensure that they meet medium long-term needs expectations of customers other stakeholders with respect performance. This raises important question which digitisation factors most significantly impact performance, as well mediating factor innovation balance (the ability firm exploration new innovations exploitation innovations). A comprehensive survey instrument was developed refined through expert feedback pilot study, leading data collection from 374 professionals in Freight Logistics industry Saudi Arabia, all whom held senior positions areas such business development, IT, Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) departments. then analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM). The results this analysis showed impacting performance were competence, strategy alignment, adaptability, exploration.
