With the ongoing advancements in modern industrial economy, global ecological environment is encountering a multitude of challenges, prompting increasing dissemination and acknowledgment concept sustainable development. Governments have formulated green development strategies aimed at incentivizing enterprises to enhance their environmental performance mitigate risks. This study utilizes research sample comprising 3313 firm-level scores primary business data for 276 Chinese from 2007 2017. Based on empirical evidence fixed-effects model, it evident that technological innovation overall enhances reduces risks enterprises. Heterogeneity analysis reveals internal within exhibits heterogeneous impacts performance. The shows that, compared tertiary industries, China’s secondary industry has greater impact enhancing Furthermore, industry, positive more pronounced traditional sectors. these findings, government authorities should actively encourage among formulate differentiated policies tailored different industries. holds significant implications implementation strategies, enhancement enterprise competitiveness, achievement long-term sustainability, improvement quality.

These policies have led to notable accomplishments in the Vietnamese economy, which has experienced significant growth, increased competitiveness, shifting toward industrialization modernization. Objective: The study aims determine key factors influencing investment capital attraction sustainable Besides, authors proposed policy recommendations enhance attraction. Urban clusters are the main trend of current and future urbanization worldwide, but their impact on environmental pollution has been controversial. This paper explores this issue in context urban development China, analyzes underlying mechanisms, using panel data from 285 Chinese cities spanning 2006 to 2021.
