The level of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the body is an effective factor for early diagnosis acute tubular necrosis and oral tumor. In this work, a novel sandwich-like voltametric immunosensor (SVS) IL-8 was constructed by preparing β-cyclodextrin/carbon nanotube (CD/CNT) to immobilize primary antibody (PAb) UIO-66-NH2 MOFs structure second (SAb) methylene blue (Mb) probe. designed SVS, prepared CD/CNT nanohybrid with large surface area conductivity can PAb via simple host–guest recognition, provided ideal platform accommodate SAb number Mb molecules as signal-amplifier. existence target IL-8, current peak from SVS assay increases increasement level. Through optimizing adjusting various factors, wide linearity (0.001–2.5 ng mL−1) low analytical limit (0.2 pg were realized, so it's expected developed strategy has significant applications detection IL-8.
