In
this
study,
we
unprecedentedly
fabricated
a
Langmuir
monolayer
of
polytetrafluoroethylene
(PTFE)
using
novel
method.
The
prevailing
opinion
is
that
it
impossible
for
completely
insoluble
substance,
such
as
PTFE,
to
form
monolayers
on
the
water
surface/Langmuir
monolayers,
owing
limitations
in
preparation

solid
tablet
was
prepared
PTFE

Abstract
Sandwich
films
were
prepared
by
inserting
resin
sheets
between
carbon
fiber‐reinforced
thermoplastic
(CFRTP)
sheets,
and
their
tensile
bending
strengths
evaluated.
The
CFRTP
used
nylon
66,
polyurethane,
polyphenylene
sulfide
as
impregnating
resins.
sheet
was
polypropylene,
a
general‐purpose
resin,
combined
with
composite
material
incorporating
polyrotaxane
cellulose
nanofibers
organic
fillers.
sample
containing
both
components
showed
134%
improvement
in
Young's
modulus
compared
to
neat
polypropylene.
This
study
controlled
the
number
of
layers
sandwich
film
assessed
dependence
mechanical
properties
on
layer
count.
demonstrated
particularly
good
strength
in‐plane
direction,
exhibiting
excellent
properties.
Furthermore,
using
materials
for
resins
sandwiched

enhanced
