ABSTRACT Study objective To assess the impact of a personalized integrative medicine (IM) intervention on healthcare providers (HCPs) expressing war‐related emotional/spiritual and physical concerns. Methods Physicians, nurses, para‐medical other HCPs from 5 hospital departments in northern Israel underwent IM treatments provided by IM‐trained practitioners working oncology (IO) care settings. The two main HCP‐reported concerns were scored (from 0 to 6) before following using Measure Yourself Concerns Wellbeing questionnaire. Post‐intervention narratives examined for keywords (ESKs). Results Of 190 participating HCPs, 121 (63.7%) expressed ESKs post‐treatment (ESK group), with 69 not (nESK group). Both groups had similar demographic professional backgrounds, reported improved measure yourself well‐being (MYCAW) QoL‐related immediately post‐intervention. However, between‐group analysis found significantly greater improvement ESK group first ( p < 0.001) second = 0.01) MYCAW concerns, as well 0.001). Pain‐related similarly both groups, scores continuing 24‐h post‐treatment. Conclusions showed significant intervention. This was more among those reporting their major pain improving groups. Future research needs explore specific non‐specific effects IO outside “comfort zone”, fostering collaboration between mental health address HCP wellbeing resilience during time national crisis.

Research has shown that perceived realistic and symbolic threats are linked with negative attitudes prejudice toward out-group members. Additionally, levels of group threat regarding out-groups can affect intergroup violence justification. Based on the Integrated Threat Theory (ITT), current study aimed to expand existing knowledge by examining a conceptual model in which mediates relationship between ethnicity justification among Jews Arabs Israel. The involved 324 Israeli-Jewish 325 Israeli-Arabs, who answered questions Findings revealed (a) were more likely justify than Arabs, (b) ethnic affiliation only Jews. These results underscore importance understanding conflicts field criminology.
