The
development
of
high‐performance
catalysts
plays
a
crucial
role

facilitating
chemical

and
reducing
environmental
contamination.
Single‐atom
(SACs),
class
that
bridge
the
gap
between
homogeneous
heterogeneous
catalysis,
have
garnered
increasing
attention
because
their
unique
activity,
selectivity,
stability

pivotal
reactions.
Meanwhile,

metal
SACs
calls
for
arrival
cost‐effective
SACs.
Cobalt,
as
common
non‐noble
metal,
possesses
tremendous
potential
