Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the impact nanotechnology on treatment and recovery spinal cord injury (SCI), a condition that has profound global effects physical psychological health. Methods We utilized Web Science Core Collection obtain bibliometric data. With tools such as VOSviewer CiteSpace, we conducted comprehensive review 422 relevant publications identify research trends influential works in field applied SCI. Results analysis revealed significant contributions from both China, Sweden United States, pinpointed inflammation, apoptosis, nano-drug delivery primary areas focus current research, with emerging evident recent literature. Conclusion Nanotechnology hold great potential revolutionize SCI through targeted therapeutics modulation pathological processes. This provided valuable insights into evolving landscape underscoring importance continuous innovation interdisciplinary collaboration.
