Bacterial infections, particularly those caused by drug‐resistant bacteria, pose a significant threat to human life and health safety. Despite the preparation application of numerous antibacterial disinfection materials, addressing their low efficiency emergence drug resistance remains an urgent concern. Inspired natural spike structures such as found on cicada wings, extensive research has been conducted biomimetic materials with spiky structures. This review provides overview structure mechanism, introduces surface coatings micro/nanoparticle featuring inspired nature, explores microneedle arrays based properties, showcases applications these innovative materials. Finally, potential avenues for optimization future development directions are discussed.
