Abstract Phase change materials (PCMs) and thermal insulation have garnered significant attention in infrared stealth applications due to their excellent temperature regulation capabilities. However, traditional PCMs often face leakage issues or are unable balance porous structure retention. In this work, a composite aerogel with dual solid skeletons is designed via homogeneous mixing. The not only features the nanoporous properties but also possesses solid–solid phase transition capability without PCM leakage. Compared pure polyimide (PI) aerogels, exhibits lower conductivity its density more intricate pore structure. retains maximum enthalpy of 111 J g −1 can significantly slow surface rise under high‐temperature conditions. addition, aerogels exhibit cyclic stability long‐term durability, further demonstrating potential for complex scenarios. When used cover graphite sheet at 136 °C, radiation reduced 25.5 performance. This study provides new insights designing high‐efficiency flexible
