Abstract Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is garnering considerable attention as a promising treatment for deep‐seated tumors because of its strong tissue penetration ability, non‐invasiveness, and controllability. However, the SDT efficiency traditional sonosensitizers including porphyrins their derivatives are limited due to poor water dissolubility, high aggregation, low reactive oxygen species (ROS) production efficiency. Consequently, it crucial develop novel with yields ROS, outstanding solubility, good biocompatibility. Herein, we constructed new platform based on unimolecular porphyrin OPV‐C 3 ‐TPP. The probe ‐TPP was synthesized by covalently linking conjugated oligomers (OPV) 5, 10, 15, 20‐tetra (4‐aminophenyl) (TAPP). introduction OPV greatly improves solubility reduces self‐aggregation porphyrins. In addition, has intramolecular energy transfer efficiency, thus enhancing yield ROS. experimental results show that exhibits excellent ROS generation capacity under ultrasound (US) irradiation, which leads apoptosis necrosis tumor cells. vivo growth also significantly inhibited in + US group, exhibiting better effects than TAPP. Therefore, can be used potential sonosensitizer, providing deep‐tissue tumors.
