Abstract Critical systems heuristics (CSH) has been influential in the development of critical thinking. However, it is a relatively underutilised method compared with soft approaches such as methodology (SSM) and cognitive mapping. This may be part due to complexity ideas underpinning CSH. Core which users must feel confident include boundary critique, coercion, emancipation, “is” vs “ought be” framings. The impact of several organizational and employee-related factors on the occupational well-being employees has been well acknowledged. However, there is a lack comprehensive research that examines these causal relationships within unified structural model, particularly in context an economic crisis. Thus, originality this study lies examination effect crises work-related attitudes employees. In other words, addresses current gap by constructing integrating key aspects significantly employee well-being. proposed tested new model incorporates 5 15 subfactors. final sample, comprising 297 valid questionnaires, was filled line managers. Overall, general can explain 36% behaviour related parameter variance 37% variance, while detailed 64% 39% burnout 38% depersonalization 14% personal achievement variance.
