A key issue in both research and clinical work with youth at high risk (CHR) of psychosis is that there are clearly heterogenous outcomes addition to the development psychosis. In assessing psychopathology often poor social role functioning, we be missing perspectives individuals themselves. It consider by using patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). This systematic review PROMs was conducted based on comprehensive search several databases followed Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Sixty-four publications were included examining symptoms, quality life, self-perceptions, stress, resilience. Typically, not primary focus studies reviewed. The summarized here fit results published elsewhere literature interviewer measures. However, very few used validated or youth. There recommendations determining use CHR.
