Abstract COVID-19 has had a major influence on the educational system. Since March 2020, majority of teaching and learning taken place online, including in adult education sector. At same time, speedy transformation to online mode raised various legal issues, particularly regarding data protection, intellectual property rights, compliance with national framework. This article aims analyse programmes General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, basis that, make recommendations entities that offer process. To achieve aim, author uses following research methods: doctrinal method, scientific literature review, survey. As result, identifies issues personal protection during recording learning, such as GDPR requirements lecturing, e-platform providers GDPR, unauthorised access, loss, cyberattacks.
