The use of Business Intelligence Systems (BIS) has seen a significant rise worldwide in recent years, aiming to support organizations navigating the competitive business environment. Despite this, many struggle fully benefit from BIS due challenges its implementation. A key reason identified for these is lack effective measurement strategies. This paper seeks provide clear overview intelligence and factors that influence successful implementation organizations. Through review existing literature, study identifies most critical components necessary system. It proposes theoretical model evaluating performance at organizational level inspired by Information System Performance Model. suggests system quality, information service relationship process quality all play vital role enhancing perceived usefulness user satisfaction, thereby leading benefits.
