Abstract Under present-day conditions in the development of transport market, organizing transportation dangerous goods by rail is an urgent task, considering specific properties impact on technical devices, human health, and environment. The number parameters influencing safety process quite large, therefore, programs for safe sustainable railway must involve protection from all possible sources danger. strategy should be based improving regulatory documentation, developing technology eliminating consequences emergencies, network computer technologies, vehicles technology. Since represents a significant share total goods, including transport, research outlined presented work aimed at solving some aspects this strategy, which as result forms strategic approach to when goods. In paper, modern it proposed comprehensively implement assigned task with new introducing system operational control during temporary storage applying developed method optimal distribution empty cars among cargo checkpoints organization process.
