Early detection of cancer and provision appropriate treatment can increase the cure rate reduce cancer-related deaths. requires improving screening quality each medical institution enhancing capabilities health professionals through tailored education in field. However, during COVID-19 pandemic, regional disparities educational infrastructure emerged, accessibility was restricted. The demand for remote services to address these issues has increased, this study, we considered metaverses as a potential means meeting needs. In 2022, used Metaverse Educational Center, developed virtual training professionals, train radiologic technologists remotely mammography positioning. This study aims investigate user experience Center subplatform factors associated with intention continuous use by focusing on cases using positioning project. We conducted multicenter, cross-sectional survey between July December 2022. performed descriptive analysis examine logistic regression clarify closely related continuously. addition, supplementary open-ended question obtain feedback from users improve Center. Responses 192 Korean participants (male participants: n=16, 8.3%; female n=176, 91.7%) were analyzed. Most satisfied (178/192, 92.7%) wanted continue future (157/192, 81.8%). Less than half (85/192, 44.3%) had no difficulty wearing device.
