Abstract
With
the
popularization
of
Internet,
colleges
and
universities
have
successively
increased
their
efforts
in
construction
network
teaching
resources,
but
traditional
course
platform
lacks
innovation
interactivity
has
problem
a
low
utilization
rate
resources.
The
article
builds
digital
for
managing
sports
resources
based
on
specificity
discipline
divides
it
into
three
functional
modules:
resource
library
management,
user
management.
Meanwhile,
proposes
operation
process
dynamic
integration
model,
explains
principle
appropriateness
strategy,
that
best
way
organization
to
enhance
its
position
is

gradient.

with

maximizing
overall
