Background: In the pursuit of sustainable energy sources, residual biomass has emerged as a promising renewable resource. However, efficiently managing poses significant challenges, particularly in optimizing supply chain operations. Advanced modeling approaches are necessary to address these complexities. This study aims develop comprehensive methodological framework for creating simulation models tailored agroforestry chains. Methods: The employs hybrid approach, integrating geographic information system mapping with case analysis. was conducted over 365-day period, using anyLogistix software (version 2.15.3.202209061204) model various dynamics. also accounts financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and environmental metrics. Results: results showed total expenditure EUR 5,219,411.3, transportation being primary cost driver, involving 5678 trips peak capacity 67.16 m3. CO2 emissions were measured at 487.7 kg/m3. performed expected, highlighting need logistics strategies reduce costs, lower losses, improve productivity. Conclusions: presents one first detailed frameworks simulating It provides valuable managerial insights into aspects management. findings may stakeholders make informed decisions enhance sustainability utilization production.
