Abstract Effective strategies for hair regeneration and maintenance focus on enhancing the growth cycle by expediting transition from telogen to anagen phases, extending phase, delaying onset of catagen phase. These measures ultimately improve density, vitality, overall health. This study introduces a chia seed polysaccharide‐based microencapsulation (CSMi) cream as promising non‐invasive approach through stimulation glycolysis autophagy. The innovative formulation, derived mucilage polysaccharides oil, shows significant potential in promoting follicle (HF) neogenesis, demonstrated removal mouse model. Single‐cell transcriptomic analysis revealed that CSMi influences cellular metabolism toward glycolytic pathways modulating autophagy levels, facilitates telogen‐to‐anagen transition, extends delays catagen. findings provide compelling evidence therapeutic option treating loss, offering safe effective alternative existing solutions trichology.
