Digital health technologies (DHT) have become an integral component of modern healthcare systems, offering the potential to improve delivery and outcomes. Guided by Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, this study examines impact DHT adoption on workers' performance workload in public private hospitals Mogadishu, Somalia. A stratified random sampling approach was used collect data from 286 workers hospitals. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test hypotheses assess direct mediating relationships among variables. The analysis revealed that significantly improves respectively (β = 0.452, C.R. 10.150, p < 0.001) 0.594, 9.972, 0.001), organizational environmental factors are positively impacting 0.327, 8.709, 0.102, 2.872, 0.004). Healthcare reduces role between also confirmed 0.281, 5.9787, 0.001). findings underscore critical enhancing reducing workload, with TOE framework acting as significant mediators. These results provide actionable insights for administrators policymakers optimize implementation, support workforce efficiency, address challenges through strategic adaptations.

Purpose This paper aims to investigate the variables that could contribute facilitating or hindering FinTech adoption in Jordan and how will affect human well-being (quality of life [QoL]). Design/methodology/approach A conceptual framework was formulated through integration “the unified theory acceptance use technology” (UTAUT), “task-technology fit” (TTF) model two additional factors, namely, “financial literacy” (FL) “quality life” (QoL). cross-sectional online survey used obtain data from 378 users employing a quantitative method. AMOS 26.0 utilized analyse based on “structural equation modelling” (SEM). Findings The analysis structural path found UTAUT constructs including “performance expectancy (PE), effort (EE), conditions (FC), social influence (SI)”, TTF were significant determinants adoption. Only technology characteristics (TECH) predictor TTF. Also, empirical revealed mediating impact association between FL QoL, underlining important role digital digitalizing societies. Likewise, affected QoL directly. Practical implications research be beneficial for “FinTech service providers” (FSPs) policymakers offer thorough insights regarding current relatively low rates FinTech, contributing strategies’ formulation promote usage by Jordanian customers, where is still considered an innovative technology.
