The rapidly growing proliferation of digital technology presents unprecedented opportunities to address sustainability challenges in today’s manufacturing sector. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in fostering economic growth sustainability, requiring deliberate emphasis on innovation applying knowledge to navigate ever-changing markets. This study, grounded resource-based view (RBV) theory, explores the synergy of entrepreneurial leadership team diversity, exploring pathways success Pakistan’s SMEs. study employed cross-sectional design, utilizing non-probability convenience sampling approach survey 350 owners, supervisors, managers, employees SMEs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Data were gathered through questionnaire subsequently analyzed using SPSS SMART-PLS validate measurement model examine hypotheses for moderated analysis. The results indicated significant moderating influence. Entrepreneurial accounted 15.8% variation success, while diversity contributed 8.5%. Moreover, influence substantially affected ES (59.7%), underscoring pivotal interplay between EL ES.
