Purpose The main purpose of this research is to identify the role cultural acceptance as a moderating factor in shaping relationship between competitiveness Fintech Solutions and both adoption customer trust. Design/methodology/approach This study used questionnaire gather data from 231 respondents Jordan. Using structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS), proposed model evaluated, hypotheses are tested. Findings results SEM-PLS analysis revealed significant influences adoption, regulatory environments, technological infrastructure trust on solutions. Notably, emerges contextual filter, interplay trust, competitiveness. Originality/value contributes theoretical insights by underscoring pivotal dynamics From practical standpoint, findings suggest formulation tailored strategies for diverse markets, with an emphasis adaptation product development align nuances. However, acknowledges limitations underscores importance longitudinal comparative comprehensively grasp Fintech.
