The advancement of digital technology requires educators to possess adequate literacy effectively integrate into the teaching and learning process. However, among subject teachers varies widely special attention, especially in maximizing use support educational practices. This study aims provide an overview levels Indonesian language at junior high school level. research employed a qualitative method with online survey involving 72 teachers, selected through cluster-quota sampling technique. instrument was questionnaire adapted from DigCompEdu model, comprising 22 core statements 13 additional questions explore sample’s characteristics environment. Data were analyzed by comparing percentage scores each aspect within model. results showed that most reached B1: Integrator level literacy, reflecting their ability teaching. Teachers predominantly used technologies such as presentation media when subjects. also identified several areas for improvement, including reflective practice, resource selection, teaching, evidence analysis, differentiation personalization, communication skills. concludes emphasizing importance continuous development enable maximize potential education.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought about significant challenges for educators, particularly in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of education. In response, various upskilling initiatives were launched to help teachers adapt. However, these shifted a virtual format due lockdown measures. This shift presented new hurdles who needed acquire knowledge and skills essential effective online teaching. paper aims provide an overview open course attended by Philippines enhance their teaching capabilities. Specifically, this study assesses teachers' motivation participating training, aptitude learning, satisfaction with training program. ran nine weeks. core objective program was equip educators literacy knowledge-deepening distance participants comprised from primary higher education institutions Philippines. To gather data, we administered survey questionnaires. Two hundred fifty-nine teacher-respondents actively participated enrolled course. results yield noteworthy finding. overall mean score 1.31 suggests that are highly motivated improve skills. when assessed using Test Online Learning Success Self-assessment Kerr Rynearson, respondents achieved average 167.75, indicating deficiency learning Despite skill gap, expressed high they received.
