Using computational intelligence (CI) tools to solve such problems has recently fascinated many researchers. In this paper, we consider meta-heuristic scatter search the attribute theory. The proposed method, called (SSAR), shows promising competitive performance compared with some other CI terms solution qualities. Moreover, SSAR superior saving costs.

In this paper, a cart-type inverted pendulum is controlled using combining of two methods approximate feedback linearization and sliding mode control. Both position the cart angular are stabilized. Groundwater sustainability is the development and use of groundwater resources to meet current future beneficial uses without causing unacceptable environmental or socioeconomic consequences. This study first time apply hybrid optimization technique for solving managing underground water aquifers, confined steady flow problems, where a cycle - particle swarm WCA-PSO proposed. In particular, we introduce novel algorithm using (WCA) Optimization (PSO). The performance evaluated solve 10 benchmark problems chosen from literature. simulation results comparison with pure WCA PSO algorithms confirm effectiveness proposed various functions. Finally, problem aquifers by WCA, WCA-PSO. experimental analysis statistical tests prove that overcomes algorithms.

This paper presents a new active queue management scheme, fuzzy explicit marking (FEM), implemented within the differentiated services (Diffserv) framework to provide congestion control using logic approach. Network remains critical and high priority issue. The rapid growth of Internet increased demand use for time-sensitive voice video applications necessitate design utilization effective algorithms, especially architectures, such as Diffserv. As result, number researchers are now looking at alternatively schemes TCP control. RED (random early detection) its variants one these alternatives quality service (QoS) in TCP/IP Diffserv networks. proposed approach allows linguistic knowledge capture dynamics nonlinear probability functions offer implementation, multiple inputs (dynamic) state network more accurately, enable finer tuning packet behaviors (either dropping or setting ECN - notification bit) aggravated flows, thus better QoS different types data streams, TCP/FTP traffic TCP/Web-like traffic, whilst maintaining utilization.
