Background: Ox-bile has been recommended as a natural remedy with several therapeutic potentials in traditional Persian medicine. It had efficacy against inflammation and infection according to Evidence revealed that bile disrupts bacterial cell membrane degrades DNA structure, so it anti-bacterial effects. However, there is no evidence of any approved medication composed ox-bile Iran. Objectives: The aim this study was evaluate the vitro effects ox-bile. Methods: obtained under aseptic conditions sterilized 0.22 µm syringe filter, then examined for their sterility status through culture on different media. Following incubation aerobic cultures 48 hours anaerobic one week. Two kinds antimicrobial susceptibility tests, including well-diffusion method serial dilution test were employed characterize inhibitory effect extraction Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, epidermidis, Propionibacterium acnes. Results: Based our study, observed selected gram-positive gram-negative bacteria. Conclusions: No in-vitro studied Though further evaluation preparations seems still required.

Milk is an important source of nutrients and energy, but there are still many uncertainties regarding the health effects milk dairy products consumption. from different species varies in physicochemical nutritional properties. We previously showed that dietary supplements with milks rats trigger significant differences metabolic inflammatory states, modulating mitochondrial functions metabolically active organs such as liver skeletal muscle. Here, we have deepened isoenergetic supplementation (82 kJ) cow (CM), donkey (DM) or human (HM) on hepatic metabolism to understand interlink between flexibility, lipid storage redox state highlight possible role two hepatocyte aquaporins (AQPs) relevance, AQP8 AQP9, this crosstalk. Compared no supplementation, DM- HM-fed had reduced content enhanced function decreased oxidative stress. A marked reduction AQP8, a hydrogen peroxide channel, was seen mitochondria DM-fed compared HM-fed, CM-fed control animals. also markers less collagen Kupffer cells. higher fat increased AQP9 glycerol permeability. suggested profiles resulting supplementation.

Aquaporins (AQPs), transmembrane proteins permeable to water, are involved in gastrointestinal secretion. The secretory products of the glands delivered either some organ cavities for exocrine or bloodstream endocrine glands. main being part system salivary glands, gastric duodenal Brunner’s gland, liver, bile ducts, gallbladder, intestinal goblet cells, and pancreas. Due their expression AQPs fulfill important roles secretion various fluids food handling. This review summarizes contribution physiological pathophysiological stages related
