Purpose The aim of the study is to assess influence green human resource management (HRM) practices on environmental performance organization. It examines how employees’ intention use renewable resources mediates relationship between HRM and outcomes in context Saudi Arabian firms. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 228 respondents working across various organizations Arabia. A hierarchical regression approach was employed analyze data mediating role employees' resources.
