This study aimed to examine the effects of inoculating Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li leaves with different strains potassium-solubilizing bacteria (KSB), or combinations thereof, focusing on aspects photosynthesis and physiological biochemical characteristics. At present, some studies have only studied rhizosphere microbial community characteristics F. not discussed species growth promotion taipaiensis. paper will start from perspective conduct an in-depth study. Seed cultivation commenced at base three KSBs in early October 2022. The was observed after treatments. Both single-plant compound inoculations were executed. A total eight treatment groups established, aseptic fertilizer sterilized soil functioning as control group. results reveal that intercellular CO concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) their apex S7 Most exhibited increase leaf area, photosynthetic pigment content, soluble sugar, protein, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Peroxidase (POD), Catalase (CAT) activities, proline content. expression levels POD, SOD, CAT genes evaluated, following inoculation KSB. highest various KSB, appears bolster development composite group S7, comprising Bacillus cereus, Burkholderia cepacia, subtilis, manifested most favorable impact diverse indices taipaiensis, thereby furnishing valuable insights for selection bacterial artificial
