Capillary leak syndrome (CLS) is a rare, often idiopathic condition, typically characterized by edema, hypotension, hypovolemic shock, and hypoalbuminemia. The progression of CLS rapid, with complex clinical course. If left undiagnosed or untreated, can cause multiorgan failure significantly increase the risk mortality. Although generally associated conditions such as infections, trauma, autoimmune disorders, occurrence condition following cesarean section in patients severe preeclampsia exceedingly uncommon. A 37-year-old pregnant woman at 37 weeks gestation underwent due to preeclampsia. Postoperatively, patient developed sudden hypoxemia, massive ascites, oliguria, Following prompt identification diagnosis, treatment was initiated blood pressure management, magnesium sulfate alleviate spasms, supplementation hydroxyethyl starch, albumin, crystalloids. Additionally, corticosteroids were administered improve capillary permeability. rapidly managed, subsequent follow-up revealing no recurrence similar issues. To best our knowledge, this first documented case occurring delivery successful management offers valuable insights into early treatment, potential prognosis cases.
