With the gradual maturation of optically pumped magnetometer (OPM) technology, use OPMs to acquire weak magnetocardiography (MCG) signals has started gain widespread application. Due complexity magnetic environments, MCG are often subject interference from various unknown sources. Independent component analysis (ICA) is one most widely used methods for blind source separation. However, in practical applications, numbers retained components and filtering selected manually, relying on subjective experience. This study proposes an adaptive ICA method that estimates signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) before processing determine number selects heartbeat-related based their characteristic indicators. The was validated using phantom experiments data a 128-channel OPM-MCG system. In human experiment, array output SNR reached 31.8 dB, time significantly reduced 1/38 original. proposed outperformed traditional techniques terms its ability identify artifacts efficiency this regard, providing strong support broader clinical application OPM-MCG.
