Over the past three decades, China’s rapid economic development, social transformation, and COVID-19 pandemic, have reshaped landscape of mental disorders self-harm burden. The raw data were sourced from Global Burden Diseases, Injuries, Risk Factors Study 2021. Our study presented burden by disability-adjusted life-years (DALY) at both national provincial levels in China 1990 to 2021, age sex. While overall age-standardised DALY rates exhibited minimal change (-0.3%) over this period, that declined dramatically (-69.8%). From 2019, depressive anxiety saw significant reductions, particularly among working-age adults. However, previous studies were conducted on a finer scale adjusted for ecological factors. Objective Our objective was to assess fine-scale spatiotemporal association between self-harm and hospitalizations, while considering Methods Using French national hospital discharge database, we extracted data hospitalizations of patients older than 10 years (from 2019 2021) 2020 metropolitan France.
