The migration and transformation of pesticides in the environment will have an impact on ecosystem. This study collected greenhouse soil from Shouguang, Shandong Province, studied photodegradation leaching 17 common soil. results experiments showed that degradation rate certain was increased light environment, compared with dark controls. half-lives emamectin benzoate, pyraclostrobin, metalaxyl were all shorter than their respective half-lives, indicating residues greatly affected by light. experiment potential leachable was: nitenpyram ≫ > acetamiprid carbendazim diethofencarb ≈ chlorantraniliprole isoprothiolane oxadixyl boscalid tebuconazole hexaconazole. Pesticides are easy to leach but not degrade, such as metalaxyl, a high risk groundwater pollution, more technologies should be used reduce pollution risk. vertical behavior various this conducive providing references for agricultural use control pesticides.

The paper reports a multiresidue method that was validated on 220 multi-class pesticides in three major Indian soils, namely, (i) new alluvial soil (NAS); (ii) red lateritic (RS) and (iii) black (BS) from different regions. An ethyl acetate-based extraction with freezing-out cleanup step employed for sample preparation, followed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric analysis. initially optimized BS worked satisfactorily the other two matrices. At spiking level of 10 µg/kg (LOQ), recoveries were satisfactory (within 70-120%) precision-RSDs, ≤20% (n = 6) 85, 88.6, 89% compounds BS, RS, NAS respectively. 20 µg/kg, performance each all pesticides. When this applied to analyse 25 field samples, 6 detected them. In case, precision (RSD) <20%. sensitivity, accuracy complied SANTE/2020/12830 guidelines. can be environmental monitoring risk assessment purposes, thus aiding regulating pesticide usage agricultural fields. limitations future scope study are also discussed.HighlightsA is reported simultaneous analysis diverse soilsThe alluvial, soilsSample preparation involved acetate freezing stepThe residues estimated chromatography tandem spectrometry (GC-MS/MS)The EU's SANTE
