Introduction The transition to a circular economy is key pillar of European sustainable development. However, in the current context, shaped by multiple crises and geopolitical conflicts, efficiency resilience this are particular concern. policymakers national authorities must adapt their approaches mitigate risks posed external factors while ensuring progress towards sustainability goals. This study analyzes from 2010 2022, assessing economic environmental variables. Methods employs an econometric approach using panel data 27 EU Member States. A linear regression model with fixed effects applied alongside spectral analysis descriptive statistics examine relationships between private investment, gross value added, municipal waste recycling rates, recyclable material flows, greenhouse gas emissions. These methods allow for in-depth evaluation influencing transition. Results Findings indicate that investment integration materials significantly enhance economy. varies across States due regional disparities, inadequate infrastructure, inefficient management.
