Epoxy resin filled with aluminum particles constitutes a polymer composite material commonly utilized in research and development departments to fabricate rapid tooling for prototyping new designs. This study developed aluminum-filled epoxy molds by incorporating surface-cooled cooling channels (SCCCs) enhance performance, validated through Moldex3D simulation experimental analysis. The revealed that 1 mm mesh size was balance accuracy efficiency, simulations revealing the complete filling of injection-molded product within 5 s. examines low-density polyethylene injection molding. reliable parameters include melt temperature 160 °C, mold 30 an pressure 10 MPa, heat dissipation time 20 These effectively minimize risk cracking while ensuring efficient SCCC demonstrates superior enhancing efficiency 58.7% compared conventional conformal channel. It reduces time, enhances production capacity, shortens delivery times. Additionally, it lowers energy consumption, carbon emissions, rate defects large-scale manufacturing. A mechanism after LDPE molding also proposed.
