Nanoparticles are increasingly utilized in various applications due to their high surface-to-volume ratio, which leads enhanced properties. Researchers striving develop sustainable methods for synthesizing nanoparticles, as physical require significant energy and chemical involve harsh chemicals. This study aims synthesize CuO nanoparticles using a green method with lemon peel extract prepare TiO 2 an energy-efficient technique. A cutting fluid is formulated sunflower oil the base, incorporating 0.3wt% CuO/TiO hybrid nanoparticles. The synthesized nanofluids evaluated thermo-lubricity performance of these fluids tested machining by turning AISI 1040 steel at velocities, feeds, depths cut. minimum temperature achieved quantity lubrication (MQL) application nanofluid, showing reductions 28%, 11.76%, 18.18% compared velocity 80 m/min, feed 0.77 mm/rev, depth cut 0.9 mm respectively. lowest force observed MQL 59.13%, 29.13%, 14.70% under same conditions. best surface roughness also decrease 44.02%, 17.58%, oil. Given importance finish industrial applications, nanofluid identified most effective machining.
