Purpose The ability to create and sustain competitive advantages depends on cultivating employee’s capabilities. Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) can foster an organisation-wide culture of exploring new opportunities creating learnings. Surviving a crisis: A multilevel model of leadership styles, employees’ psychological capital and organizational resilience

Transformational leadership in a crisis: Dimensional analysis with psychological capital

Previous research attests to the benefits of transformational leadership (as a unitary construct) for various employee outcomes. Less is known about how specific dimensions relate outcomes during crisis. In present paper, we investigate each dimension leadership, namely, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence employees' psychological capital in crisis, specifically COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional study was conducted where employees from 301 small medium sized enterprises Kenya completed survey containing variables interest. Quantitative data analysis using partial least squares structural equation modelling utilized test hypotheses Smart PLS 4 software. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lokasi sangat strategis, harga ditawarkannya menarik terjangkau. Apabila dijual kepada masyarakat, masyarakat juga membelinya terjangkau, layanan konsumennya ramah. Sementara itu, Kamal Madura memiliki kelemahan: tempat tersedia membangun menjalankan terbatas, penjualan hanya terbatas pada orang-orang sekitar mereka membeli. Selain melihat menerapkan pembukuan dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan. Bisnis mencapai tujuan menemukan kekurangan strategi kompetitif.
