Plant health is necessary for food security, which a key determinant of secure and sustainable production systems. Deficiency soil nutrients invasion plant pathogens or insects are the main destroyers world’s production. Synthetic fertilizers chemical-based pesticides frequently employed to combat problems. However, these have negative impacts on microbial ecosystems ecosystem functioning. Rhizosphere microorganisms demonstrated their potency improve manage encourage growth, resulting in increased yield quality by converting organic inorganic substances around rhizosphere zone into available nutrients. Besides regulating nutrient availability growth enhancement, rhizobacteria fungi can restrict that cause disease secreting inhibitory chemicals boosting immunity pests pathogens. Thus, viewed as viable, alluring economic approaches agriculture biofertilizers biopesticides. This review provides an overview role inducing defenses. Moreover, discussion presented surrounding recent consequences employing strategy towards improving fertilization effectiveness, encouraging stronger, more pest-resistant plants.

Human microbiome is ubiquitous, dynamic, and site-specific consortia of microbial communities. The pathogenic nature microorganisms within human tissues has led to an increase in studies. Characterization genera, like Streptococcus, Cutibacterium, Staphylococcus, Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus Lactobacillus through culture-dependent culture-independent techniques been reported. However, due the unique environment tissues, it difficult culture these making their molecular studies strenuous. MGs offer a gateway explore characterize hidden communities mode by direct DNA isolation. By function sequence-based MGs, Scientists can mechanistic details numerous microbes interaction with niche. Since data generated from highly complex multi-dimensional, requires accurate analytical tools evaluate interpret data. Artificial intelligence (AI) provides luxury automatically learn dimensionality ease its complexity that makes disease diagnosis response easy, timely. This review insight into microbiota exploration expansion MG elucidates significance studying changing during conditions besides highlighting role AI computational analysis

Intensive farming practices have increased the consumption of chemical-based pesticides and fertilizers thereby creating health issues for humans animals also causing a deterioration in natural ecosystem. The promotion biomaterials synthesis could potentially lead to replacement synthetic products improve soil fertility, protect plants from pathogen attacks, enhance productivity agricultural sector resulting less environmental pollution. Microbial bioengineering involving use improvement encapsulation using polysaccharides has required potential address promote green chemistry. This article describes various techniques which an immense applicable capability encapsulate microbial cells. review elucidates factors that may result reduced viable cell count during encapsulation, particularly spray drying method, where high temperature is dry suspension, this damage advantage application as carriers beneficial microorganisms, do not pose risk due their full biodegradability, was shown. encapsulated cells assist addressing certain problems such ameliorating unfavourable effects plant pests pathogens, promoting sustainability.

Microorganisms in eutrophic water play a vital role nitrogen (N) removal, which contributes significantly to the nutrient cycling and sustainability of ecosystems. However, mechanisms underlying interactions adaptation strategies N removal microorganisms ecosystems remain unclear. We thus analyzed field sediments collected from freshwater ecosystem, enriched microorganisms, examined their function adaptability through amplicon, metagenome metatranscriptome sequencing. found that activities could be affected potential competition inhibition among microbial metabolic pathways. High-diversity communities generally increased abundance expression functional genes. Further enrichment experiments showed led development simplified but more stable communities, characterized by similar evolutionary patterns tighter interactions, adaptability. Notably, sustained provision NH4+ NO2- during potentially strengthen interconnections denitrification, anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) dissimilatory nitrate reduction (DNRA) processes. Moreover, identification shared traits anammox DNRA implies important cooperative associations microorganisms. Our findings highlight affect adaptive key taxa involved removal.
