The present review summarizes experimental studies related to carriers, loading, membrane transport nanogels. In particular, the discusses properties, advantages, limitations polymeric carriers with respect behavior prepared nanogels in vivo conditions. potential nanogel encapsulation or drugs mechanisms release also emphasized.
