entitled
"Holographic
biosensors
made
of
DNA-functionalised
hydrogels
for
in
vitro
diagnostics",
focuses
on
the
development
an
analyte-sensitive
hydrogel,
functionalised
with
oligonucletide
probes,
a
diffractive
structure
as
optical
transducer
diagnostic
applications.The
first
chapter
includes
overview
different
concepts
related
to
biosensing,
recent
developments
diagnostics
market
and,
particular,
DNA
biosensors.In
addition,
synthesis
and
characterization
hydrogels,
their
role
support
matrix
immobilization
strategies
are
presented.Finally,
basic
holography
new
detection
strategy
diffraction
gratings
biosensing
explained.Next,
Chapter
2,
objectives
this
project
discussed.The

reactions
are
a
class
of
chemical
that
can
be
carried
out
in
living
organisms
without
interfering
with

high
yield,
selectivity,

2003,
bioorthogonal
chemistry
has
attracted
great
attention

developed.
As
an
important
biology
tool,

technique
for
polymer
crosslinking
due
to
the
unique
advantages

catalyst-free

byproduct-free
reactions.

at

temperature

reactivity
under
