Abstract To achieve a highly selective and sensitive analysis of phenolic compounds in bee products (honey, bread propolis) simultaneous quantification 25 was performed using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection. In the study, various solvents were utilized to enhance profile products. These included non-liquid-liquid extraction, pH 2 10 mL pure water 20 diethyl ether; ethyl acetate; water, ether, 7 acetate. Additionally, integration identified through enrichment method pursued Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The extraction yields recovery rates can be significantly improved combination different techniques.
