This study evaluates the efficiency of 20 Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) formulations for extracting curcuminoids and other bioactive compounds from turmeric emphasize their ability to preserve enhance antioxidant, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, skin depigmentation effects. The NADES formulations, prepared using choline chloride (ChCl) combined with sugars, carboxylic acids, glycerol, amino urea, polyols, betaine, were assessed extraction based on total phenolic content curcumin concentration. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was employed characterize synthesized confirm chemical composition. Bioactivity evaluations included antioxidant assays (ABTS DPPH), antidiabetic tests (α-amylase inhibition), antimicrobial assays, (tyrosinase inhibition). results demonstrated that significantly enhanced properties extracts compared water as a conventional green solvent. 18 (ChCl/1,2-propanediol/water 1:1:1) 19 (glycerol/betaine/water 1:1:3) exhibited highest yields, concentrations 30.73 ± 1.96 mg/g 31.70 2.02 mg/g, respectively, outperforming (26.91 1.72 mg/g), while 17 0.5:3:0.5:5) (glycerol/lysine/water most potent activity. Furthermore, 14 (ChCl/lactic acid/water 1:2:5) strongest tyrosinase inhibition (98.7%), supporting its potential skin-brightening applications, including notable α-amylase exceeding 90%. aligns principles chemistry, are effective sustainable solvents natural product extraction. presenting benefits improved bioactivities position promising eco-friendly approach developing efficient compound methodologies.
