Plants are important sources of underlying medicinal value properties. The extraction bioactive compounds from botanical using green solvents has gained interest due to its environmental sustainability. This study highlighted the bioactivities potential Acmella paniculata extract mediated by deep eutectic solvent (DES) composed citric acid monohydrate and glycerol. paniculata, a local flowering shrub was selected rich compounds. synergistic effect between plant’s DES is capable enhancing bioactivity, making promising plant extractor candidate. extracts were prepared in leaf flower parts centrifugation method. phytochemical screening for both showed presence terpenoids steroid constituents which have valuable bioactivity functions. antibacterial activity assessed disc diffusion assay exhibited higher susceptible bacterial response E. coli, Salmonella enterica ser. Typhimurium S. aureus against compared extract. DPPH conducted assess free radical scavenging activity. demonstrated (RSA) 75%-77% while 65%-69%. results RSA emphasizing as natural antioxidant. anti-inflammatory determined egg albumin denaturation assay, greater inhibition rate than up 95% 89% respectively. Thus, possess an vitro effect. Conclusively, better DES. Hence, offering new insight into application effective alternative product-based therapeutics.

The need for low-viscosity and sustainable lubricants has always been urgent the application of complex materials improvement machining accuracy requirements. As a kind lubricating material with characteristics easy preparation designable structure, deep eutectic solvent (DES) shows excellent performance controllability good potential. Herein, series phosphate menthol DESs (P-DL) were designed prepared as high-performance lubricants. results their physicochemical properties show that synthesized exhibit low viscosity superhydrophilicity, providing more efficient adsorption interfacial self-assembly behavior. Additionally, enhanced corrosion resistance thermal stability are conducive to chemical during shearing. In terms tribological properties, P-DL exhibits optimal friction-reducing antiwear along load-bearing performance. More importantly, lubrication can be obtained even under stringent diverse test conditions, indicating universality great engineering potential these hydrogen bond donors, longer alkyl chains, suitable branched structures have positive effect concerning comprehensive function. Besides, synergistic polar adsorption, tribochemical reaction is key factor robust addition, preparation, high-performance, sustainability all provide Meanwhile, this chemically lubricant optimization strategy adjustable also provides theoretical guidance development enrichment technology.

Background: Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) leaves are valuable sources of bioactive compounds, including phenolic acids, flavonoids, and tannins, which contribute to their potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties. Objectives: The overall aim this study was investigate the potential extracts rich in compounds from blackcurrant prepared natural deep eutectic solvents (NaDESs). objectives included optimization polyphenols extraction NaDESs, characterization phytochemical composition by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS), explanation chemical interactions between solvent systems main compound (chlorogenic acid) molecular dynamics simulations, evaluation biological efficacy through tests. Methods: Two hydrogen-bond acceptors (HBAs) three donors (HBDs) were tested. experimental design variables such as HBA:HBD molar ratio, water percentage, time, techniques used, specifically ultrasound-assisted (UAE) ultra-turrax (UTE). evaluated responses total polyphenol content, flavonoid antioxidant activity. Antimicrobial assays performed on four Gram-positive Gram-negative bacterial species, well one fungus, Candida albicans. Results: obtained UAE showed higher concentrations increased potential. LC-MS analysis revealed predominant presence chlorogenic acid. significant activities against bacteria Conclusions: This highlights potentials confirming that type enhances offers perspectives for new therapeutic formulations.
