Effective implementation of sustainable biomass projects requires active participation and public acceptance to supply transport feedstock. Therefore, this study aims identify measure the factors encouraging participate actively in suggest strategies increase their participation. This started with a systematic literature review conceptual model development by integrating Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) models. In addition, considers other relevant significant variables such as education level, environmental concern, experience, information, self-transcendence values. employed purposive sampling target corn farmers wood artisans Banyuwangi. Then, data analysis was conducted on 75 collected questionnaires (75% response rate) using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) SmartPLS 4.0. The result hypothesis testing showed that 13 18 proposed hypotheses are significantly supported; one is different direction from proposed, four not supported. According PLS-SEM calculation, most influential factor for Intention (INT) Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC). indicates people will likely project supplying or transporting feedstock if they can devote time resources. study's results offer crucial insights power generation industry policymakers regarding implementing projects, equipping them actionable

In recent years, urban communities in China have been continuously affected by extreme weather and emergencies, among which the rainstorm waterlogging disasters pose a great threat to infrastructure personnel safety. Chinese governments issue series of prevention control policies, but mitigation still needs be optimized. The concept “resilience” has unique advantages field community disaster management, building resilient can effectively make up for limitations traditional top-down management. Therefore, this paper focuses on pre-disaster China, following idea “concept analysis–influencing factor identification–evaluation indicators selection–impact mechanism analysis–resilience simulation prediction–empirical research–disaster adaptation strategy formulation”. structural equation model BP neural network are used investigating existing anti-waterlogging capitals target predict future resilience. Based prediction model, combined with incentive restraint mechanisms, suggestions corrective measures put forward before occurrence waterlogging.

This study assessed the evolution of wastewater systems during rapid urbanization Beijing, with special focuses on carbon footprints and growing underground WWTPs (u-WWTPs). Specifically, Bishui plant (in situ constructed u-WWTP) was in detail regarding eco-environmental benefits. Our results showed that, direct emission intensity 65 decreased from 0.47 to 0.24 kg CO2eq/m3, when electricity increased 0.22 0.39 kWh/m3 2010 2020. u-WWTP emitted 36.6 kt CO2eq/year (0.09 CO2eq/m3), 0.43 CO2eq/m3. Additionally, compare hypothetical relocating scenario, it saved 6.67 × 104 m2 land 33.0 CO2eq/year, created urban river carries 6.5 1013 J/year heat outside town. The evaluation balance choice for conventional or WWTP should be made case by case. However, this demonstrated that is not only a construction manner, but sustainable management model positive eco-environment effects, algin future city expansion, circular economy visions.

In order to measure implementation management efficiency of Chinese green buildings, the input–output index system buildings was constructed base on provincial-level panel data during 2017–2021.The basic model Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and DEA-Malmquist method were adopted analyze development law time–region evolution tendency from static dynamic perspectives, contributing clarifying critical factors restricting building development, respectively. It found that comprehensive lower, but good. There a remarkable regional provincial difference, showing pattern “east > middle west” as whole. Pure technical did not have big gap, most areas kept an invalid scale state, resulting in fluctuations varying degrees. The average annual increase Total Factor Productivity (TFP) 14.80%, indicating TFP developed well. Technical progress considered decisive factor restrain or decrease TFP. As result, improve it is necessary focus destroying limitations, optimizing input moderately, paying attention innovation management.

Public rejection of recycled water hinders the application use projects in green communities. An effective information outreach strategy could help to overcome this obstacle. This study used message frames and reference points as control variables design experimental materials conduct eye-movement experiments determine effect different promotion strategies. The results show that: (1) compared with loss frame, gain-framed messages are more effective; (2) self-referencing suitable for than other-referencing messages; (3) frame (gain vs. loss) point (self others) have an interactive on public’s cognitive behavior; (4) average duration fixations advertising plays intermediary role path jointly influencing public acceptance. provides managerial implications determining dissemination strategies applying water-use

A majority of metro projects have been constructed to reduce urban traffic congestion and improve the convenience public transportation, but these also produced a significant amount engineering slag mud. The shield construction method could efficiency safety; this technique has frequently used in tunnel excavation projects. However, spoil during is challenging deal with. In literature, though there an increasing number studies on technologies utilizing spoil, on-site utilization still subject little research. This study introduced implementation framework for based successful case experiences. It aims assist project managers efficiently implementing resource address gaps relevant field. was conducted Shenzhen Metro Line 13 North Extension Project; collected data through six semi-structured interviews field research, analyzed data, using thematic analysis focus group discussions. three components are planning, construction, closing, each section describes what must be accomplished that phase. Additionally, recommendations—(1) combining intelligent technology optimize existing equipment, (2) lean execution, (3) establishing strategic partnerships with waste recycling enterprises—are made development project. uses Project as model theoretically underpin future research shielding achieve repeatable promotion Shenzhen.
