1,3-Propanediol (1,3-PDO) is one of the important organic chemical materials and widely used in polyester synthesis, it also shows great potential medicine, cosmetics, resins, biodegradable plastics. So far, 1,3-PDO mainly comes from synthesis. However, by-products side effects during synthesis bring about serious damage to environment. In recent years, biosynthetic pathway has been elucidated microorganisms. Under action glycerol dehydratase (GDHt) propanediol oxidoreductase (PDOR), can be catalyzed form through reduction pathway. Compared biosynthesis environmentally friendly but would face problem low production.
